Delivery time
Our delivery is very rapid with accurate times. To place an order ring 07702 719 269 for immediate response (Office hours 9-5 Mon-Fri & 9-1 Sat). We can deliver outside office hours but orders should be placed within these times. Or click below on products for 24hr internet response.
Do Brighton Boxes use a courier service?
No. We are a family-run company and because of this we offer a personalised service that avoids many of the pitfalls many larger companies run into. You may not feel confident if they wish to leave your boxes somewhere other than inside your house or garage while you are out. Also, couriers cannot always deliver at specified times and you may have to leave the house for a short period and miss the delivery. You can contact us at any time during office hours to set up a delivery time and we will stick to it.
How do the boxes arrive?
The boxes will be delivered to you free of charge flat-packed for easy temporary storage as you plan your move. They are easy to assemble in 4 steps. Click here for more information on how assemble cardboard boxes
How do the boxes arrive?
You can request specific delivery times that even occur outside of regular office hours. This is quite rare among removals packaging companies, who may only offer you the option of a morning or evening delivery.
Refunds
If for some reason you are not pleased with the service or the quality of the materials then we will immediately refund any money you have spent with Brighton Boxes. Boxes must be made ready for us to collect and in their original condition, unused and in their packaging.
Brighton Boxes Guarantee
In the unlikely event that your removals packaging materials do not arrive or are mis-directed, or if the wrong items are sent to you, we will immediately re-send your order the same day. Most other companies will re-order your materials the following day and make no compensation for the inconvenience caused. We can offer such a personalised and caring service because we delivery the boxes ourselves and do not rely on third parties.
